About 2 miles off the paved road, amongst trees out in the forest. Pretty, even with snow on the ground. Theres a fire pit made up from rock if you want a fire. I would post pictures but Im not opening permissions for this app.

We stayed for one night. Excellent. There are more dispersed campers. Under trees, silent. Perfect place to visit the canyon. You park your RV at one of the parking lots A, B or C and take the free park shuttle bus where you want to go. Very confinient.

We stayed off FR302. Plenty of dispersed camping. We pulled off into 2713. Whoa Nelly. Rough road. Large dip as you pull in. Wish we would of explored down the road before pulling in. Tusaya is a tourist town so it really has everything you would need. Scenery was gorgeous. Lots of Elk roaming around. There is a airport near so the tour helicopters are flying over frequently during the day.
