This is an OK campground that was recently converted to a KOA. It is not up to what I have come to expect from KOA campgrounds. There are not many to choose from in this area. The setting is nice, among tall mature trees that provide good shade. The office staff were courteous, but did cross us up and booked somebody else into our site while we were out for the day. That was an unpleasant surprise when we returned after dark and had to find a new site. The sites are mostly dirt with some gravel. Roads are unpaved and need maintenance to fill the potholes. Restrooms were not fancy but were clean and serviceable. Hookups all worked as they should. There are several long term residents in the campground. We camped in a 25' motor home.
