Great and affordable place to come and visit on a holiday weekend. Very busy but still quiet and peaceful. Level pads, and plenty of space!
Rates have gone up to $30/night (change submitted). Most sites are 30 amp and have very low water pressure (no sewer but dump station on the way out). Pads are narrow and many require quite a bit of leveling - especially front-to-back on the rig. Sites are good sized, however, and the park is beautiful with great views. Our volunteer hosts were very nice and helpful. There is a visitors' center and tours of the caverns are $23/person at the time of our visit. We would definitely stay here again.
This is one of the most accommodating and clean RV-Camp Grounds. The outer areas have beautifully leveled 'tent pads' as well as hookups for campers and RVs. The camp hosts are extremely friendly and gracious. The scenery is beautiful and spectacular, the Karchner Caverns tour is $23 well spent; next door. Restrooms, showers, and dish-washing facilities were very nice. I am returning. Definitely recommend for tents, RVs and campers.
