| Rules, trees, sand, pricey, attitude
All NY laws strictly enforced: rabies cert. Bike helmets, etc. Signs everywhere warning what can't be done. Felt too controlled and not at all laid back. You feel watched. Kids yelled at for just being kids. Way too many pine trees..you feel smothered. Sandy. Some attitude at office. Music plays loud at pool, so don't get site by pool. Arcade games cost a lot to play to include 5 bucks per laser tag game. Laundry room closes at 9pm and is $2/ load. Game room closes early too. Online reviews are high but I just didn't feel that way about kayuta lk campground. PA rate is not accepted until after labor day, as I was told "we do well without it." Big plus is they don't jack up the PA rate during the weekend. Huge campground with sites in the trees and tent sites in a much more open area bordering state forest despite the posted signs. Very clean and modern. But felt more like a business than a personal laid back home away from home. IMHO

Nice campground, wooded sites, owners and staff very friendly and helpful.we stayed here in a 30 class c and then again in a 34 ft travel trailer

A beautiful, family friendly park! It's clean, has lots of amenities including a pool and the staff is very friendly! Highly recommended!
