Had a great time. Cabins are amazing with full kitchens and bathroom! Fun place to stay!
Stayed one night on way south and cost was very reasonable. Is an old campground which is quite small. Only one washroom shower open but was clean. Owners were very helpful. Several pull through sites. Can walk two blocks to several bars and a cafe. Neat statue of Chris LeDoux nearby
Randy and Christine were wonderful hosts. Farm for rescued animals like guinea hens, emus, sheep, alpacas, pot bellied pig, ponies, ducks, geese, etc... 30/50 amp full hook up pull throughs that are a work in progress, and are inexpensive at $30 this 4th of July weekend. Basic services but with good people, uncrowded, yet convenient to I-25 exit 254. We'd stay here again!
Had our choice of 3 available level FHU pull through sites. The other 7 sites were dug up and new power panels and water lines were being installed. The sites are close together. Voltage and water pressure were good. Sewer connection at back corner of site. We plan to stay here again and visit the museum, maybe do some fishing and exploring the hole in the wall area. Good place for an over-night stop if you don't need a restaurant or swimming pool.
