Small park with tight spaces. This park is mostly permanent residents.

Mostly perm residents, safe, clean, quiet. Sites are close. It's ok, but not a resort-no picnic tables or fire rings. Very little traffic noise & close to Kemah Boardwalk is a big plus.

Small sites. Barely enough room to walk past the picnic table. Site has trash in it, old bbq grate and brush, half empty can of oil, something in a big black plastic bag sitting at the end of the table. Told the man at the desk on Monday and nothing still has been done and it s now Thursday. Only one dumpster clear on the other side of the park. Most of the residents are permanent and their sites look it. Some RVs really need to be cleaned up. It could be nice if the place was taken care of. Just not a place I want to stay.
