Basic park surrounded by beautiful mountains. Nice trails down to the Kenai River. Lodge looks very well kept but didn't utilize. RV park could use some attention when compared to lodge but certainly works if you are in the area. Bathrooms weren't very clean.
With out the amenities of the Princess Lodge on the bluffs this is just your basic Alaskan parking lot. Everything works, just needs a ton of TLC. Laundry area is small and is used by others in the community. Looks like new machines, $5 to w & d a load. The lodge on the bluffs has a great bar & grill with a huge deck and a fabulous view of the Kenia River.
