This is a nice, quiet campground with beach access and walking trails. The restrooms and showers are clean with plenty of hot water. There are laundry facilities located in the restroom buildings. There is no cable tv, but our antenna worked well and tv reception was excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly. Campsites are back ins but are wide and quite large. We are in a 32 ft. class A with a tow dolly and vehicle. There are no pull through sites. We are camping here early in May and there aren't many campers but I am sure this is a busy spot all summer long. There is a boat launch as well as kayak and canoe launch. The beach looks like a great swimming area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. A short walk to the bay. Note that pricing is up to $29,33 non resident for non sewer slots. On honor system at this time of year (April)

Sites 1-94 are FHU but you can just pay for EW and save a few bucks if you are just staying a few days as we did. They have 4 dump stations on the way out. One of the three streets was gravel and kind of rough. Most of the sites are okay for a Motor Home and almost all would work for a 5er of travel trailer. Many of the sites have some shade. They have two bath houses but we don't use them so can't rate them. The site and grass and mostly level. You check in and pick your own site. Several walking/bicycling trails and fishing in the Chesapeake Bay which is just a short walk from the CG. Nice sandy beach also. I would have given it a 4 star if all the streets were paved and all the sites were better suited to a motor home. If you like the beach but don't want to be camped in a shady camp site then this would be a good choice. We always had a nice breeze blowing to make it fairly comfortable for late June. camping in a 40' motor home.
