Not a bad park. My biggest only gripe was the grass was always sticking to your shoes and it tracks everywhere. The pool was decent, nice and warm. We used the laundry facilities wash $2 dry $1.90 good washers and dryers. Bathroom had sufficient showers, but it took a while to get hot water. Some shady spots, paved roads, cement picnic table pads. Owners were nice, bathroom cleaning lady was grouchy! Pretty quiet off the main road. I. would stay again just for the price.

| Old and messy

This is a older park with a lot of snowbirds in park models and old trailers. The entire park looks messy because of the layout and the amount of things the residents have outside their units. The wi-fi is very bad, mostly non existant in the park, however they have a hot spot next to the laundry room. It is outside under a little gazebo, and in this location, the internet wroks fine. The laundry room is nice and clean. The spaces are grass/gravel with a concrete patio. Only 30 amp hook-up. No cable TV but many digital stations over the air. Located close to shopping, restaurants, Disney, Seaworld and 20 minutes driving from Universal Studioes. So - if you dont ask for nice surroundings but a place to stay while doing all the stuff you can do in Kissimmee and Orlando, Orange Grove is fine.

| New Management and upgrades underway

Stayed for a week right before Christmas 2016. The park has been renamed Kissimmee RV Park and there is new management. We had excellent internet and the ability to get true high speed wireless direct from Brighthouse Networks (now Spectrum). The staff was excellent and friendly. They helped in my rebooking and have been wonderful to deal with. I will be back again in May. Did not utilize the showers, but the Laundry was very good. Enough machines to do everything at once and not hog all the washers. Site was pretty level and paved. Power was good and clean at 50 amps. Water pressure was excellent (we limit it to 40 PSI) and never had any issues with pressure dropping below 40. I was able to easily get the 39ft class A coach into the park, around the bends and parked in the space. It is off the main road a bit, which is not a bad thing.

Very nice managers and staff. Older park but we'll kept. Nothing fancy, no 50 smps, no cabke. Nice and quiet. About 20 minutes from Seaworld, 5 minutes from Old Town and 15 minutes from Disney. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Stayed here past 2 years for convention held in November. They have a nice selection of books in their trading library in the office.

| Great Little RV park

Kissimmee RV park has the friendliest management you can imagine. Since 8 months Dan and Jacqeline run tje RV park and are getting it back in track. Clean showers, nice spots and did I already say the management is great? It is the perfect location for the Disney and Universal Parks. An uber brings you back and forth very easily. As said, they are upgrading the place and I am sure they will get 5 stars soon! Thanx for the nice stay, we can recommend it. Marc, Marielle and the kids. Pro: location, clean, easy going, wifi Con: not much shade yet, needs trees and other plants, limited 50amp spots

| OK place, OK price

Nothing fancy, but not terrible. A clear step down from the KOA or Ft Wilderness, but at a much lower price. Upgrades do seem to be happening under new ownership, but very slowly. Roads were resurfaced/resealed recently and some fencing replaced by prettier versions. A pool heater was added, which seems a bit superfluous in Florida. Bathhouses are nicer than expected. No breakers on the individual electrical hookups, which is a bit odd. Office seemed to only be open 2-3hrs a day, and wasn't always open even during the short advertised hours. Spots could use a bit more cleanup between stays - ours had bits of a broken bottle, though I think that's unusual. Also, although shade is always nice, oak is maybe not the best choice. Constant tapping on the roof from dropping acorns gets a bit annoying.

| Never again

I went there with my husband and my 2 kids (4-6). I reserved for 3 nights and we left after only 2 nights even if we had paid for 3 and were not able to get a refund. The pool looks like it hasn t been clean for a while and i did not want my kids to get in that pool! The first night we were there, there was 5-6 police cars next to the campground looking for something or someone, i did not felt it was a secure place for my family. Really noisy, we heard trucks all night long and police cars 4-5 times per night really close to the campground so we were not able to sleep! We also heard helicopter each 5 minutes all day long! People were kindly but not the one who worked at the office. I prefer pay 20$ more and go to a real « campground ».

| Very tight

We stayed here for about a week during the Mecum Auction, we were after 5:00 pm getting there so no one in office, we had gotten the gate code over phone earlier in day. When we arrived there was a package at office for us with our instructions, they said we were in site 101, we proceeded to site 101 to find a long term resident in trailer at that site. We tried to call the park number but went to voicemail and no one returned our call. We located an older couple who cleaned the restrooms and they said to just find a vacant spot and stay there for the night. We went to office next morning and they said we could stay where we were, no explanation of why we were assigned a site occupied by a long term resident. The park was not bad, it was very tight your neighbors were within 5 foot of each other, showers were clean and laundry was nice.
