This park is more of the "retirement village" type with only a few transient spots. Mostly filled with tired looking permanent campers and mobile homes. However it's recently been bought out by a chain and you can see they are investing in the park improving the lots as they become free. But that's the only thing I can say bad about it. The staff and the residents are wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Problems were resolved quickly. The pull through lots are close together but newly poured concrete and perfectly level. The internet was provided by tengonet (you get coupons when you arrive so it is free) and is only really meant for email & light browsing. Certainly no YouTube watching due to speed. Neither T-Mobile or Verizon worked well. I would return just because everyone was so awesome. They have a decent calendar of events too, bingo, craft classes etc.

Will no stay here. Too close together. Rules change.
