Close to the beach. Looked like most were permanent spots.
I wish I could rate this better because the owner was so nice. The park dirty and not well maintained. We only stayed one night.

I stayed here Labor Day Weekend 2017. When I arrived I walked up some stairs to owners apartment and checked in. She told me to be sure and come to Labor Day cookout that evening. It was such a nice experience. Also the very short walk to the beach across the dune was really nice.
