| Poor Customer Service

Reservations were made six months in advance along with a $250 deposit. Office was closed upon our arrival at 3 pm, no paperwork left for us indicating what site to set up on, repeated calls to their number, left messages that were never returned. Other campers suggested we that we just set up on an empty site and hope that there is electric service as it is usually turned off. We were fortunate that the site we chose from had service. The next morning the owners wife called and told us we had to move to another site that was way in the back of the campground and was clearly in a section that was not very pleasant or taken care of, or they said we could have another site that was their unused dump station drive through. At first we said ok but noticed the trees above us had dead limbs ready to fall with the next windy day. We decided we could not stay here, but they refused any return of our deposit.
