This is a "private community." You pay about $2,400 a year for the H.O.A. and taxes and then get water which no one trusts, a sewer system which is leaking like a sieve, roads which resemble a war zone and a property manager who name is all over the county record for having a order of protection out against him and a $521 monthly wage attachment by the Sheriff for non-support.
