| Great "natural" park!

We loved our stay at Lake Aire RV Park. The park is wooded and quiet. Nice fishing lake, lots of wildlife. We saw wild turkey, plenty of ducks and birds. The staff works hard to make everyone happy, especially the owners Chris and Amber. Security keeps everyone in line and maintenance crew keeps everything nice. The bathrooms are very clean, too.

Could be a nice campground if some work was put into. Every time it rains the whole campsite floods, there's no drainage. Water up to my ankles trying to get into the camper. Had to shoo the ducks out of way to get in the camper. Bathroom and laundry room were clean. Wifi was really good for a campground. Passport America discount is only 10% when you figure all the added fees. Too many permanent residents in beat up campers give the place a bad appearance. A little money into gravel on the daily sites would be a great addition.

This could be a very nice campground. The sites are level. The people are nice. They have a nice pool and a fish pond (catch & release - no license required) with a park bench and several picnic tables so you can watch the ducks, frogs and turtles. BUT...the roads are narrow and not maintained. There are huge potholes that fill up with muddy water when it rains, and there are a lot of permanent and seasonal residents who don't keep their RVs or their sites clean. Not worth the price, even with Passport America. We won't be coming back.
