This park was nice with all of the trees offering shade so the sites felt fairly secluded. We did not reserve a specific site so there were only 13 to choose from but we had no problem finding one as all sites seemed pretty level. Nuts and bolts: there are 56 sites though they are poorly numbered. It seems that cabins (very small) were added randomly but no unique numbering system was used. Confusing but not impossible to figure out. The office closes precisely at 500pm. There is only on comfort station (restrooms and laundry) per loop. Most sites have power and water but not all do. Check your box because we did not have a 30A breaker as it was replaced with 20A breaker. There was not much in the way of bug control so bring your own. The roads are not well marked to say the least. The dump station is on a semicircle loop but there is no signs at all so you may be wandering around looking for it. Also, the only dumpster is at the dump station and not in walking distance from the campground. The lake was very nice and offered roped off areas for shallow and deep water. My two cents: We really enjoyed the lake. It was very scenic and the water was refreshing. If you are going for the lake you will not be disappointed. However, if camping is your thing and you like updated amenities and easy to navigate facilities then you may want to go someplace else. This is on our return only if nothing else is available list.

Great sites, level and spacious, plenty of shade, restrooms clean and tidy, walks and boating very near, does tend to be very busy and not very quiet, they now have yurts.
