This is a GEM of a city park in the town of Carthage, SD. Long, level back-in sites and beatifully groomed grounds. It sits on a peninsula in the middle of the lake. There is sign for the lake on the main road, but it was my GPS that alerted me to the camping accessibility. It is well hidden by a deceptive "road closed" sign...lol I asked the sheriff and he escorted me out there.
