Pulled in here for a quick stay over on a short trip. There was a South African festival going on, but they still had my spot. I found the staff to be a mix of friendly and gracious but some were incompetent and rude. Rude staff is the fastest way to make me not come back. Too many other places to stay. I will give them the benefit of the doubt in that having this festival on site might have stressed their capabilities and resources to its limit. I will take that into consideration on my next visit, if there is a next visit. The grounds were not mowed nicely and you'd have thought that with having a festival here they might have had that done. I'm sure the festival wasn't a sudden thing, so maybe they weren't well prepared.
Love it here. Everything you want in a park. Stayed in a back in spot along the stocked pond. Pool was heated and clean. Dog park was poop free and had a lot of ramps and room to run. All dogs were on leashes when out on walks. Quiet at night. Tons of other fun things to do. Perfect get away!
No shade but it's a nice park with a very nice staff. The sites are fairly level and it's easy to get in and out. We camped here in a travel trailer.
So far this is the nicest KOA I have been to in the US and I would put this one on your bucket list. Great for kids and adults!

Very nice, quiet and well-maintained park with a large attractive water pond. Sites have level concrete pads with a patio area and a fire ring plus you are not crowded with your neighbors. The park is big and spread out which my dogs are extremely happy with because we can go on nice long walks...though they would be a bit more happy if they didn't have to contend with grassburs! It can get a little busy on the weekends but that is to be expected of a park that offers amenities for families with children. The staff is helpful and friendly. We really like this park and would definitely stay here again, though it is a little pricey.

We drove in right before closing- in fact Sammy the office employee was already leaving. They had after hours spots open and I asked her which one was near the bath house and she said " none of these" and opened the office back up and found me a site right by the bathhouse. Highly recommend. Clean and safe.
Overpriced rude staff S at front desk the worst. quiet time 10 pm except when koa has event in Hall then music can play as loud as they want till way past 11 pm. Call after hour number guy told me he could not hear noise ask where he was he said back of park VERY RUDE Told S at front desk and other staff bad odor around sight 238 thru 244 nothing done for $650 a month not worth it go anywhere else we won't stay again would give less than 1star if could.call
