Passing through Arkansas, we looked up local campgrounds and even though this campground didn't have images up, we decided to give it a shot since it was by the water. The campground itself is incredibly well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are private and include their own shower. We came on a hot day and the bathrooms were so nice and cool with AC blasting. The views by the waterfront are very peaceful and overall spent a great night. We will definitely stay again when in town.
What a great find this park was. It is less than 10 minutes off of I-40 and worth the time. All RV spaces are nice with some having wood landings and railings. The staff we interacted with were all very pleasant and helpful. Make it a point to stay if you are in the area. Will definitely stay again when passing through the area.
Our first time in a state park and we loved it. Beautiful water front site with lovely sunset over lake (loop A site 16). Extremely nice and helpful lady at the front desk. Only here for 1 night but Would love to come back and stay a few more days. Note: do not follow GPS, follow signs and directions you get with your reservation.
A very family oriented park. People at the office are fabulous. This was the start of our six months trip. We did not realize we were starting with the gem. Just a great RV experience.
Great experience staying at the park. Friendly check in staff, park was very well kept. We were impressed. We a site that overlooked the lake and marina. Water, electric and sewer. Did not have cable and internet was only available at the main building, which was ok, we enjoyed the park atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. We paid $30 for the one nite. We only stayed one nite while travelling along I-40.
This was one of our favorite stops on our trip from Georgia to Oklahoma, I wish we could've stayed more than 1 night. Beautiful lake, campground was nice, facilities well maintained, some full hookup. Nice park welcome center.
A very beautiful setting with easy access and full hook ups. Extremely nice visitor center, and campground has lots of things for kids to do.
Stopped here for a night easy CHECK IN and sites pretty big and not crammed in next to each other. My site was 44 right on the water. I could stay here a week lots to see and do.
