Stayed 3 nights in October, only 2 other in the electric sites (8 total) and few others in the disperse areas. This spot is perfect for those that like water activities, two boat ramps. The only bad thing is that the electric sites are in a little hill and the half at the bottom are very close to the electric cables above (you can hear the zooming) we stayed in spot #5 which was level and long enough for our 32' ACE with road in the front. There seem to be different spots in the main campground but I think for the bigger rigs the second entrance have more level and bigger sites. Dump station at gas station in town.
Pretty spot right next to the lake and not far off the interstate. $15 for a spot with electricity. A bargain!
Beautiful lake, even when covered in snow ?? it is open in Winter and early spring. There are only a couple sites with electricity, but no water or dumps. They do have a couple restrooms though. (Locked in winter)
This park is right off I 90, is on a large lake and has about 60 sites plus overflow. 8 sites have electric for $15 and the rest are no hookups for $10. The property is hilly with some small trees and some sites are slightly unlevel. There are bath houses with toilet but no dump station, water or sewer hookups. There is a fee station at the entrance and a camp host on site. Wonderful camping , beautiful location and the price great.
We stayed one night passing thru and were happy with paying ten bucks for a good nights sleep. It is a safe place on a nice lake with pit toilets and garbage. We did not need electricity which is 15 bucks. Generators were used up until quite time 11pm-6am.
Only stayed a night on way to Sturgis. Wish we had more time to kayak. Nice big area. Clean. Didn t need hook ups and only $10
Very nice Campground and the price is right for $10. You can get a electric site for $15. We stayed 6 days. We camped right by the lake site 24. Noise was not a problem. Only negative is that the locals tend to use lakeside camp spots for day use tying up the sites.
