The grounds are well kept the sites are nice with most on the perimeter having shade trees but in some cases, not that good for satellite reception though. A huge yard around you with more than generous room from your neighbor. You have a fire pit and picnic table at your site. The hookups are electric only, but a water fill and dump station is on site. We only stayed two nights over a weekend, but had a really nice time. There were fireworks on Saturday night too! The lake is right there within walking distance, and some sites are on the lake too. We didn’t use the other amenities and there is no Wi-Fi here. We have T-Mobile and we were roaming here, so no data for us. There is some train noise, it’s somewhat in the distance and you do hear it all night. I would stay here again.
We were enroute from Cleveland, OH to Stockton, MA when we needed a place to camp. This park is quiet, peaceful and scenic. The grounds are immaculate. Most sites have 20A electrical hook ops and some have 30/50 A service too. None have water or sewer, although there is water and a dump station. We stayed one night and would st as y again.
This park is terrific! Clean, quiet, with mostly level spaces. Barrels for single-sort recycling, glass, and returnables, right by the dumpsters. Easy access to get close to the water, even without a lakefront site. And a good enough Sprint signal on my cell to use my hotspot for WiFi! Better connx than at the last private park where WiFi was listed as an amenity. I don t use the bathhouse, so not included in my review.
