Older park in the process of being run down. We had received a pull thru at the last minute which only had 30 amp. I checked the original site they were giving me because it had 50 amp, it didn't. Plus it was much closer to the freeway. Bathrooms were good, but the three days I stayed there both soap dispensers were empty in the mens room. Mostly seasonal folks and their accouterments. Its a thousand trails/encore facility and I guess if you have already bought the cool aid, then then their isn't much incentive to upgrade things. Wife complained the Laundry room was filthy. On our site the sewer cap was snapped off and the maintenance guy said someone had driven over it. Said they would be back the next day to fix it, when we left three days later it was still broken. (it worked though) None of the electrical plugs had breakers you could access so you must plug in and remove your cabling hot. Water pressure was fairly low, had to supplement with the pump most of the time.
