All sites are paved with several pull-thru sites scattered about the loops. Lakeside sites have great views of the lake and some interior sites have nice lake views too. Very clean bath houses. Pretty quiet and well kept.
Very nice park. Bathrooms are very clean. Sites are easy access. Love this place. Summer is hard to get in..make reservations early!
This is one of our favorite SC State parks to camp. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean campgrounds and bath houses.
Trying to escape the heat we traveled up state and found this park. Clean restrooms and nicely situated along the lake. Really not a bad campsite in the park. Clean and quiet but I would say they should not let folks check in for the spot your in at 9:00 am so they have to park outside of your spot. We checked out well within the checkout time but it was a little uncomfortable having them parked near the site and announcing they are waiting for us to move on. I would still stay here again.
