Gossiping and back biting fulltimers. Lots of move outs. Managers fired often it seems. When I was there the mgr was so mean!!!! Wifi available IF you dit on the sidewalk outside the office. Cold water only for laundry, stinky garbage next to sites. NEVER again if you paid me.
We stayed our 1st 2 years of full time living in motorhome here...great people and lots of activities. Hope to go back someday.
