The place is very quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and courteous. It has a lot of things to do like boat rentals, fishing, mini golf, golf driving range, basketball courts, baseball diamond, horse shoeing, etc. We love the low cost membership and the proximity to home.

Well if you have a smaller rig you might like it. Max of 40x14 but good luck geting in..all sites 30 amp no full hookups. SOME have a sewer but only on a rotation use can not stay connected those sites ( section A ) are small cant use awnings and slides may touch section D sites are a litle bigger easyer to get in but
.5 mile from front down a narrow one way one lane road around the pond. Section B has some tens sites but evry time i go by they have sprinklers going seams to stay wet. . All gravel drives small bath house And wifi is slow slow dile up is faster. Has a nice big pond down side is road is one way around it and is not verry wide you have to white nuckel it or drop your rig in .has a small store and seasonal weakend cafe and Landry rooms for a few days its a ok stop for locals or ones just passing thur I would not drive any distance for an extended stay park. As a member of TT i dont pay a fee so as far as a per Night fee i just dont no

Nice place 20 miles North of Sacramento in the flat rice farming area. Near enough to Sacramento airport to see a lot of planes, but not enough planes to be bothersome. Store, weekend restaurant, and laundry on site. WiFi in the front lodge area only. Verizon WiFi signal strong. Front "A" section has very tight spaces and sewer hookups. Rear "D" section has many more spacious spaces, but is 3/4 mile from the lodge area. 20 miles to shopping in Yuba City/Marysville or Sacramento. Flies/mosquitoes can be bothersome in the warmer months.

After 4 days of barking dogs in Sacramento, this is a pleasant change. A soft breeze keeps the bugs moving. Very basic but quiet. Good fo an overnight. Loads of full timers

I have a 37' motorhome, all are back in sites, pretty easy parking. Gravel and pretty level. Lots of shade trees, mostly cottonwood. I've stayed here twice. The hosts are nice and friendly. A couple of sewer dumps around the park, not at each site but the do gave a sewer service that comes around twice a week if you're staying longer and dont want knock down camp and drive to the dump stations. A few full timers here and there, no problems. The hosts work hard putting on different activities. The central bathroom facilities are not new by any stretch of the imagination but are relatively clean and perfectly usable.
