This park has a state park feel with mostly wood sites. I found it to be the best thousand trails park so far.

Located on Lake Mildred in the Sierra Nevada foothills midway between Marysville and Grass Valley. 500+ 30 amp/water spaces, just a handful with sewer and/or 50 amp (supposedly a $5 extra charge for these premium sites). Slow WiFi at the Lodge, Verizon reception just marginal (special "Cell Phone" area on one of the hilltop space loops). Laundry, store and weekend meals on site - limited hours for the last 2 off summer season. Lake and pool swimming during temperate months. Small "mountain" markets with fuel within 5 - 15 miles - best shopping 30+ miles away (each way) in Marysville/Yuba City.

My favorite Thousand Trails so far. Stayed twice..once in March and once in April and I will return.
