Reviews for LAKE PALESTINE RESORT

It was late and they had room. Woman in the office was very nice, as was one of the residents. Now, in their defense, it had rained 8 inches the previous week so there was still some residual standing water lying around. There are many full time residents and the space between each unit is extremely tight! There is a plethora of cats and kittens in a wide range of ages. Not a good thing. It was creepy (imo) and I was anxious to get out of there. No wi- fi and for the price there should be. For 47.00 bucks it should have been nicer. Not impressed.

The WiFi is really only available at certain spots and there is no hook up for cable. We didn't go to hang out in the rv and watch TV so it wasn't that big of a deal. The drive access is fine. Boat access is good. The pull thru spots are concrete pads with plenty of grass for walking dogs, just be sure to pick up after them. Staff are really nice and the long timers are pleasant. Note on hook ups ... they cut the power at check out time whether you do or not so be mindful so that cut off doesn't through a breaker or fuse to your rig. They have live bands on Friday and Saturday nights at the grill. Complementary coffee to those who rent. There is extra parking for boaters and other cars next to pull thru pads. Prices are a tad high for no cable or true WiFi connection at the RV locations but it's mostly due to lake access we suspect.
