Ppl real nice.first stop was good but eletric box gave out.so we had to move.helpful were not from here and they gave us books to other camp ground only problem is during labor weekend and they are all booked so the fun part us finding a dry docking for awhile.wish tours place would give u map of campgrounds year round thinking of staying during winter months. Maybe..

We stopped over for three days.camp grounds are well cared for and Bob our host was nice. The dump station was a pain but the good was far better than bad we stayed in a travel trailer.

right on lake Shelby, next to a small damn, with a boat ramp. Sweet... Bring cash or check only. Must back into dump station, but still give a thumbs up. Only 10 RV sights.. Enjoy!

We were only stopping for a night, but this park was so affordable and peaceful we stayed 3 nights totall. Travelling cross country, from NH to CA, this has been the ONLY campground without a train in its back yard. Theres a beautiful walking trail and fishing at the park, although the RV spots are limited (we counted 10 spaces). The tenant was very nice and helpful, the bathrooms were cool (it was Octoberrr!), but clean. Great place to stay overnight or for a peaceful vacation.

I needed to be in the area for a few days and stayed here because it is near Clauda Sanders restaurant. Mrs KFC. Close to Louisville also. Nice Park with pretty geese running around.

Close to Louisville, very reasonable price, $20. 30 amp & water. Not big rig friendly at all, trailer or motorhome. A little difficult to get into the park. Concrete pads very short. but they don't seem to mind if you back into the grass. Weak power. I tripped main breaker to the pedestal with 1 a/c & elec water heater. I found the breaker at pole. Dump station impossible for anything other then a van or a short class C. Only way to get to the dump station on the way out of park is to pull into a short drive way. Just can't do it with anything longer then 25 feet.. No where to turn around to get the dump on your left is to completely leave the park and drive to a major road.

Very nice spot but first of all, check in is at a site a mile away. No signs to tell you that. Second, there is goose droppings everywhere! Third, people are coming and going constantly that aren’t campers. Fourth, the bathrooms are disgusting because all these people coming and going are using them as well as the campers! This place needs some talc and could be a 4 star campground...
