park your RV within yards of the inner harbor, watch the lakers and salties and pleasure craft too. Walk to Canal Park and enjoy dining, shopping, and more boat watching.

Price: $43.25 Daily Full Hook Up (FHU), this includes a great deal of taxes. PROS: Location right over the aerial lift bridge. Walking to downtown. Location is what you are paying for. CONS: Priced high for staying in a boat yard! No cable, but satellite friendly & local channels with antenna. Bathrooms provided were in a small trailer. Would stay here again if I wanted to see the little town of Duluth :-/

An unique campground very close to Duluth Aerial Bridge. Wi-fi good. Restrooms were terrible. Had to back out but no big deal. Will return if in the area

This is an RV park in the marina/canal with great views of the marina, canal and aerial lift bridge. You can watch the freighters go by and it an easy walk over the bridge into town. This is a parking lot and the view sites are electric (50 amp) and water only (very high water pressure) There is a dump station. Outhouses only and no showers. Very weak wifi but, good satellite. SITE'S ARE EASY TO ENTER BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE ANGLED AND IF THE PARKING LOT IS FULL YOU WILL HAVE TO BACK OUT. We stayed in a a 34' motorhome and will definitely stay again. FORGET GPS ENTER OFF 10TH STREET.

Nice place to stay. Been coming back for several years and like it. I can watch the ships come and go. Nothing fancy but perfect for me. Nice people run it. Will come again. They remember me when I return.

We love boats, and this is a boat yard. No frills, just hookups and a picnic table. Wi-Fi is spotty and slow. The price is high, but is the same as the other rv park we checked near Duluth. Not many parks to choose from here, and we enjoyed our stay here - lots of boats to watch and close to the tourist attractions in town.

We camped in a 40' motorhome. Good access, full hookups, all back in's. There are two sections, we were backed in along the road so a west view thru the docked boats. The other section would have northern views toward the Arial bridge. Not sure if there were full hookups in that section. We did not use the bathrooms, they were in a small trailer and didn't smell too nice upon inspection so we used the coaches facilities. Wifi worked well. ATT, T-Mobile & Sprint cells worked.

Be aware that if there's a "music" event going on in canal park or in bayfront, you'll be subjected to LOUD noise that drifts across the water. Currently under concert siege until 1:30 a.m.

This is not an RV Park in trafotional sense. It is the long narrow parking lot on the pleasure boat marina jetty, where boat owners park to access their vessels. That said, we really liked it. The park/marina jetty is one way in/out, and you back into angled spots. Paved spots are double wide, each with a picnic table, elec, and water hookups If there are cars parked across from your spot and campers on each side, backing in could be tricky. Any thing other than very short trailer would need tow vehicle detached and parked in a vehicle spot, as would block marina traffic. That said, the location is cool. 10 min walk to great Duluth restaurants/bars and Uber/Lyft work great too. The view of boats, bridge andDuluth city lights at night is great.

This is a marina that utilizes their winter boat storage parking areas as RV sites. We had a site that had FHU, 20/30/50 amp, great water pressure, sewer, level blacktop, picnic table. Our view wasn t that great but other sites had better views. One thing we noticed was there is one section that faces a different direction and has better views, especially of the Duluth Lift Bridge. These sites do not have sewer. If we knew that we would have done without sewer for the 3 nights we were there. We walked to downtown every day enjoying the restaurants, trails, shopping, watching the boats and lift bridge. It was delightful! Their wifi was excellent they give you a separate login and password for each device. Verizon was a strong 4 bar 4G. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Better to stay in the w/e only sites as the views are great. Bathrooms and showers were in the hotel and were very clean. I saw the porta potties mentioned below, next to the w/e/sewer sites. Very tight sites. Very quiet at nite.

One of the nicest campsites around! We stayed here for a few reasons but liked the fact that we weren t going to have to worry about mud, wanted to be in walking distance to Canal Park and needed full hookup. The view of the marina and the boats was fun and made for pretty morning walks. The bathrooms were clean and the porta potty toilets and showers weren t bad either. We d definitely stay here again.

No not typical campground but what a wonderfully unique experience. you are parked in lot that is within few feet of the water and docked boats. you were close to neighbors but was very. quiet. shower and bathrooms best have seen. very very nice people. lots of dogs and do have to walk a bit for grass. can hear and see the Ariel Bridge a few blocks away and short walk to River walk. Totally going back! ps rent a surrey it was so fun.

Not a rv park we normally stay in, very close to your neighbour, you are parked on a parkinglot of the marina... but: wow, you are on walking distance of the Lift Bridge and everything else is within walking/biking distance. Very quiet at night. Free wiFi and lots of reception on the antenna. We definitaly would come back here for the experience. Great biking trail along lake superior.

The parking sites are adequate, but the property could use some improvement. The hookups are back against the fence, so prepare to stretch your sewer and water hose to their absolute limit. No wifi beyond the office. Abominable drainage- 4 to 6 inches of water around your rig during thunderstorms. As for the purported convenience? The traffic around the waterfront area (both vehicle and pedestrian) is seriously congested during the weekday and inhuman during the weekend, and that damn bridge seemed like it was up more than it was down. While this is out of the control of the campground, it should still be a serious consideration for staying here. The noise and stench from the boats every morning is rivaled only by the noise of the traffic racing by at 50 mph on the street behind the sites. As appealing as it seemed to be lakefront when we made the reservation, the reality is we made a huge mistake reserving a whole week. The magic wore off after 1 day.

Just a parking lot? Yes, but unique in a good way. amazing views and you feel like you are waking up on one of the big sail boats that are just a few feet from your RV. Plus the Ariel Bridge is right there and you can see all the action. BTW..also go and rent a surry...so much fun.
