My wife said to all it "Rustic" Pool is badly stained, and concrete is uneven. Everything else is in some state of disrepair. Still, not without its charms. Full hook ups for $38. Management is very nice and goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. We had an nice shady spot, so... 3 stars it is.
