| Nice.

Love this park. In town with nice shade trees and grass. A little noisy as the highway passes right next to it. Lots of rules, no dogs during the summer months. Close enough to walk to town for food, groceries and miniature golf.

Been going to the city park for years it is one of our favorite camping places with full service and in town with lots of activity beware of wine country, haha. Take note of park rules and calendar dates that pets are allowed. Some sites with nice Lakeview some sites near Road / Highway.

| Lake Side Pretty but Tight!

We came here for one night after seeing the Grand Coulee Dam. Very tight very crowded and only 30 amp which kept tripping off even though we weren't running anything electric except refrigerator and stove. It must have been too much. This is great for families in tents or smaller campers but it was hair raising to get to our site in a class A motor home. We slowly and carefully backed into our site while just inches from a tent someone had pitched in front of their camper. It seems many people come here Year after year and large groups of people were camping together. Lots of mature trees and no dogs allowed in summer months.

Highly recommend going just before or after mid summer. Roomy, grassy, shady spaces close to Lake, especially sites 110 and 109.

Very conveniently located to downtown Chelan. Could easily walk into town. Paved sites, although just barely big enough for our 35’ 5th wheel. Truck had to be parked perpendicular and even then was difficult to keep it off the road. Lots of grass and trees. Trees made for zero satellite reception. Cable passable. Gets fairly crowded on the weekends. Lots of kid and dogs, although during the summer months dogs aren’t allowed. Fairly spendy at $50 a night.

RV park is run by Chelan Park and Recreation. Very busy during summer months. Sites are not very deep. but above average distance between sites. Paved sites with green grass and a large space between back of RV and sites on the next loops. Well maintained. Pricey 55 to 65 base plus tax. Depending on your perspective, no dohs in summer. Large park near the lake. Lots of people.
