WELCOME HOME. This is a terrific family owned RV Resort where each resident is treated as family. It is reasonably priced and showers, laundry facilities and bathrooms are always clean. Need help? Ask the manager (on site manager is son of owner) and he ll happily assist you. Have a dog? Your pet will love it as much as you do. It is located on a small lake with excellent fishing (bass, sunfish, catfish). The owners supply boats and kayaks for your pleasure. The clubhouse is air conditioned/heated and a TV and full kitchen are available to residents 24/7. It is a quiet, peaceful lakefront setting with Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreens and CVS 2 miles away and only a 5 minutes drive from the quaint city of Mt Dora (and it s many festivals and art events). It is a 30 minute drive from Salt Springs and beautiful national and state parks. You will not find a better location with nicer RV Park owners anywhere. I came for a few nights and stayed for a year because it is centrally located to so many wonderful attractions in Central Florida.

Your dog will love its dog park and the pet friendly residents. Like to fish? There is a great dock with benches and the small lake is full of bass, catfish and blue gills. Prefer to fish from a boat? Use their rowboats or kayaks provided for your pleasure. The showers, bathrooms and laundry are CLEAN. Shopping is 2 miles to Winn Dixie, Walgreens, Publix and CVS. You are centrally located to visit Central Florida attractions and historic towns. You ll love it here.
