| Top notch RV resort

This is how an rv park should be. Nice large spots, convenient amenities, nice pool/ hot tub, friendly staff etc...they were so accommodating. We intended to stay for a week, after a few days, stayed for the month. It has a large lake in the middle that our daughter got a kick out of fishing. The wi-fi worked perfectly and they have a great laundry facility. It was nice to have a pool table in the rec room that didn't require quarters. I hate the nickel and diming parks that do that. There were a few permanents scattered throughout, but they at least kept up the trailers. One of the more memorable parks we've been to and look forward to staying at again if in the Houston area.

Not the best neighborhood, but inside the gated park, is a little oasis. Very clean and well maintained. We only got to stay for a week, but intend to come back.

| One of the best

Have been there a couple of times over the past year while visiting the MD Anderson Cancer Center for treatment. It is a quick and direct five mile run to the cancer center, where valet parking is available for a reasonable rate. An alternative to driving is to take the free shuttle to the center. Facilities at the park are first-class and management is very helpful.

If you need a place to stay and don't intend to visit with your neighbors at all, stay to yourself, and have wheels, then it's fine. Staff is friendly. On weekends, you're stuck with Uber or a taxi...very expensive. I could not get a rental car delivered out there.

| So far-so good

I just got my reservation for the park. Never stayed there, but will give it a try. The lady that I spoke with about the reservation was most kind and professional. I will fill in the blanks in a couple of days!!!

| Nice but tight

This seems to be a well kept, well run park. It has a nice small lake in the middle. Landscaping is well tended. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are a couple downsides. The rates are higher than listed on the app. Different spots cost different amounts so there is some flux there. The biggest issue is some of the interior roads are tight. Most campers park their dingy or tow vehicle in the street. They have room to drive through with an RV, but it is very tight backing into a spot. Most spots are back in. Getting my 5th wheel into the spot took a while between all the obstacles. Just an FYI, most of the camper are going to MD ANderson for cancer treatments or such. It is a great place to stay for that.

Excellent location near Houston but isolated enough that it feels like a campground. Not a lot of space between RV spots but level and large roads to get into the spots. Nice lake and community center. We would definitely stay again.

| Spacious

Roads are extra wide, easy to navigate big 5 wheel

| Very noisy

Park is very well kept, bit we got placed in the overflow even though there seemed to be plenty of other spots available. The overflow is close to the gate and propane with your door opening to the road and not a grassy area. This area of the park is very noisy from the busy intersection. If you stay here make sure you ask where your pad is. Would probably stay again only if in a regular pad.

This is a great place to stay in Houston. Nice level sites and friendly staff.

| Very tight sites

We stayed here for 2 nights. The sites are very short and tight. I had to be creative to get both my 40 foot fifth wheel and tow vehicle on the site. They do have a lake in the center of the park but dogs are not aloud to swim or even walk around it. They claim to have 5 dog parks but the areas are very very small. This park is ok for a one or two night stay only.
