Lazy-A Campground situated in Beautiful Back Creek Valley. Very quiet and peacefully. Huge meadow in front of all camp sties and Back Creek to the rear of the sites. Very reasonable priced. apx. a 10 minute scenic drive west of interstate 81. Major stores and restaurants just a short drive away. Just happened to have the chance to spend a holiday weekend with family and friends. At dusk all the children gathered around and put apx. 50 colored Chinese lanterns up in the sky just before the HUGE fireworks display. Will be there next year for sure for the 4th of July fireworks display !!!! .Check them out on their web page. http://www.lazyacamping.com/

| Memorial Day 2015

It was our first trip of the season and the first in a new to us rig. The campground is beautiful and the owners are very gracious. The sites are situated around the perimeter of the campground. There were no campers in front of us that gave us a great view of the meadow. Back Creek runs along the back side of the grounds and provides fishing and wading for kids. Firewood is available. For Memorial Day weekend the campground remained quiet and family oriented. The bathhouse was very clean all weekend. We will certainly be staying there again.

This was of many stops on our Fall road trip. This park had all of the basic amenities and facilities we needed for an overnight stay. The park is located in a beautiful setting. The impressive part of this park was the owners gracious help with a slide that was giving us trouble. Should we find ourselves in W.Virginia again we will definitely return and spend another night or two to explore the area.

Lovely campground located along Back Creek Valley Stream. Immaculate restrooms. Level grassy site. Very peaceful and quiet. Owner very friendly and helpful. Be sure to follow directions on their website; our GPS did not recognize address.

Quiet campground, clean grounds and bath houses. A little off the beaten trail but so worth it for a peaceful stay

| If you want seclusion

We needed a place to overnight on our trip along I-81, but even though the Lazy A was a little further off of the interstate than we wanted, we decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, we checked in and the office employee was friendly and courteous. She assisted us in trying to figure out which way to park in one of the the "pull through" sites as this park is situated in an unimproved grass field with a gravel drive. It had been raining earlier, and the camp sites were mushy with standing water. We also found that we had no cell coverage on our Verizon phones on the back side of the hill from the interstate. As well, be aware that when heading to the park from I-81, the route is very curvy and has a few steep grades! If you're wanting to stay in a remote and secluded park, the Lazy A is for you. All things considered, I think we'll pass on staying here again.
