It was fine for a day or 2. Right on the edge of Lakeland, it was near my brothers house so it served my purpose. Lots of permanent squatters living here. Old buses and house trailers that appear to be permanent residences. If you need to be right in town its ok but for vacation its not very nice. Propane was $4 a gallon. Be careful they don't gouge your eyes out.
