Lazy Llama is brand new and just had their soft launch Labor Day weekend. I spent the month of September at Lazy Llama. Every lot has septic. The monthly prices are very reasonable. Jerry and Carolyn are very helpful when anything is needed and check up on guests regularly. You can see the llamas grazing form your campsite. Lazy Llama is off the beaten path but very easy to find—this is not like most you find right off an interstate and listen to the trucks roaring by all night. It's very peaceful. The office is still under construction but will be for checkin, classes, and a store.

Quiet campground with nice view of hills and convenient off hwy with just short drive to Greeneville or Johnson City. Long pull-thru for us with nice shade from tall trees on edge of campground but clear sky for satellite. Good Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and the owners were so nice that they included us in their Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoyed watching the llamas across the fence and learning about them from the owners. Good Verizon cell service. We look forward to returning to this new campground to see how they grow.

No facilities thus the 4 rating. Every thing else is new and top notch. Close to Johnsborough, historic preserved town. A little off the normal interstate but we like that. Would come back if in the area.6
