Small park, friendly people. Walk to the ocean. Boardwalk to the Monarch butterfly park. Walk to downtown (approx 1.5 miles). Downside is no WiFi.
Very loudy place next to street and railroud! Campsites and bathrooms are clean. Lots are tiny. WIFI didn't work well. You don't get excess to bathrooms if you check in after office times because you need a entry key. Too expensive for the offers (~60$/night)
