do not even bother.... true trailer park.... the lady sandy that owns it is an old hag.
We've stayed here on a couple of different occasions. Each time we've been delighted with the courtesy and friendlyness of the staff. The restrooms and showers are so clean and the laundry is huge and equally as clean. The best part is the pet facilities - they're amazing. You can tell these folks really like their animals.
Friendly staff long pull thru,. Great pet area and near shopping. Open area behind the park to let your pet run.
Overnight stay. Easy check in. Large, level sites. Staff very friendly. Only drawbacks, paid wifi and no cable TV.
We expected to only stay a night when passing thru and ended up have trouble with our truck. They were so accommodating with our unsure plans, extended our check out times and were just lovely. The pool, sites, and bathrooms were immaculate and it is really close to major shopping. We have five kids and while I didn't sense it was typically a "family" park, they were very kind and lovely to us. We would come again!
This place is awesome all the staff are friendly and very helpful. Very clean has everything you need for a nice stay and only about 2 miles from major shopping area.
Just keep driving to the next place down the road. The staff anywhere has to be more professional and know how to speak to people without talking down to them better than Leaf Verde management and maintenance. After the maintenance guy tries to guide you into the site, just smile no matter how rude or demeaning he comes accross; he is clueless about how he presents himself to "customers"; treats people with no respect, then runs crying to Mommy (the Manager) if you get annoyed by it and respond. "The New Management" just means they don't quite know what they are doing and have weird power trips
Great and affordable RV park. $30 with 25% military discount (thank you for supporting the troops). Immaculately neat and clean. Tons of recreational extras. I will definitely stay here again.
Overnight stay. All staff was pleasant to deal with. Swimming pool was awesome with temp at 92. Rate was $34 with FMCA discount. Space was level and we had more than enough room to extend our slides and not feel cramped. We would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for four days, very clean, helpful staff and near large shopping center. The only negative for me was the sites are on top of each other....you could here people talking in there units on ether side of you.
Stayed here last year, very pet friendly and every thing was very clean! We will be coming back this year because of the staff and facilities.
What a nice, well maintained and managed park. Only stayed overnight but we were immediately made to feel welcome and a part of the family. We will definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff, campers and many activities are planned if you want to get involved. We spent a week in January. Attended Buckeye rodeo and other town festivities. Close to Phoenix where there is lots to do and see. Also stayed a couple of nights at the Walmart.
The management was very nice. Must be different from some of the reviews. They said they have been there since late 2016. Large park with an active community. We only stayed one night, but it was clear the many people snowbirding there liked it. Many activities. Would definitely stay again. After calling 10 parks and they were all full, we were prepared to expect far less by the reviews. Was pleasantly surprised. Nice place
This park is convenient to interstate with easy access and level sites but no WiFi. There was no landscaping or trees. Very basic.
Would never stay at this park again. Layout of the park has everyone's door opening to each other. Trailers are very close to each other. With all the big rigs you feel like your in a big parking lot.
Office closed at 5. They have a courtesy fone and are right there to assist.
Park is well set up and pretty flat. People working there are nice. Be aware there is an extra charge for WiFi. A lot of the machines in the laundry were out of order. If there are two people already in there you may have to wait. I didn t check other facilities.
