Very nice staff, clean campground with roomy campsite. Most of the campers were seasonal. We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased with our stay. Short road into campground but narrow and rough. Just go slow, if you meet someone on the road, don't know what to tell ya. They are prompt with picking up your trash for you as well as recycle. Nice swimming pond that is separate from a very nice fishing pond.

| Great place

Nice setup always something going on there. If you have a big camper it's a little tight but can still get through ok.

| Nice folks, nice setting, but.....

Stayed one night in my travel trailer. Very nice setting, huge wooded campground. But the site I had was the most un-level I have ever encountered. I had not planned on unhitching, but had to to lower the front end of my trailer almost to the ground. My rear stabilizers were fully extended. Virtually all the guests are full time or at least seasonal residents and I may have been the only over nighter there. Unlike most RV campgrounds, no one as much as said hello or waved. Staff, however, were very friendly. A nice feature is that you can get your propane tanks filled right at the office. Restrooms were clean but very shabby and old, with terribly rust stained toilets and sinks that hardly worked (probably clogged up with debris from this "rural water" as they put it). But we had a quiet night with no problems. As far as I know there is no wifi.

As the other reviews have said the drive in and out is tight. It s also very steep! Once we very carefully got our 42 foot long 5th wheel parked at the gate we went into the camp store. The store has the usual stuff for camping in there. What struck me as odd and unusual was the fully stocked liquor store in the back! (A little hint of what this place is about) I pre paid for one night in February so we would have our spot reserved for our family vacation. When we checked in, I was told they had the fall prices posted still and there would be an extra charge! How much? It won t be too much, probably just $50 or so. I don t think so. They would not let me stay for the $340 that I had already had right on my conformation sheet that was E mailed to me the Friday before check in. It s a computer glitch that they don t try and fix till you are standing at the check in counter To add insult to injury, there was going to be two live bands playing that Saturday night. We decided to spend the night that we paid for and left early the next morning. If partying is your thing, this is the place for you. Just be sure you pay the right rates whatever that may be.
