The Cactus Patch loop is RESERVATION ONLY. Pulled in on a Sunday afternoon and all 22 spaces were full and reserved!! Looked very nice with concrete pads and little casitas. Camp host said that a 40' would not fit in to Greasewood loop, which is FCFS. Bummer. The dump is located on the right side of the road, so you have to go down and turn around to use upon entry.
Clean park, very helpful rangers. RV area has cement pads, electricity and water. All sites with covered picnic table. Dump is located at the front of the park. Nice children's play area with GRASS. Nice walking paths. Restrooms are clean, showers looked clean. There is access to the Rio Grande. The "north" shore is for inner tubing and the south shore is for fishing (mostly catfish). $14 a nite. I will return!
Park manager doing a good job but speed hump into the park and tight turns make this tricky but popular place to camp for 29 foot 5th wheel.
