Traveling through the area and always prefer state parks so we thought we would try it here. It was so worth the three miles off interstate. It’s quite and smells like a pine forest. Cranking up the grill and music to shake off the road.
We are 1 of 2 campers here. Husband is out in kayak, I am reading. A/C is working. What is not to love?
Ok place, dirt sites, bathroom dated but had hot showers 18 bucks ...only a few campers here on a Saturday night about 3 miles off highway .... Good place for a quick over night stay
