About

Leisure Acres community is family owned and operated. The family acquired the community in 1978. Since then, it has grown and developed through three separate phases, the last in 1992. Andy acts as chief executive while Todd, who is project manager, manages the community and oversees installation and building of new homes. Jessica, the marketing manager, is the newests edition to the team and officially makes Leisure Acres 3 generations of managerial staff. With over 120 acres in gorgeous Highlands County, Leisure Acres is a perfect winter or year-aound home. And when you're ready to make Florida living a year-round lifestyle, Leisure Acres is where you'll want to settle down. Leisure Acres has rental lots and Mobile Manufactured home sites available. Lots range in size from 50x75 to 50x100 and the monthly rental includes lawn maintenance, use of all amenities, city water/sewer and twice-weekly garbage pickup. Leisure Acres is lined with 40 undeveloped acres, most of which is made up of wooded areas and wetlands, creating a Florida-natural setting with immediate access to the best businesses and services in Highlands County. Leisure Acres is an exciting community. There is a lot going on and we'd love for you to be a part of it.
