Pass on by... don't even stop to look.
GREAT OFFICE AND VIEW FROM THE ROAD BUT THE RV AREA IS A DUMP. SMALL RVS WOULD FIT. ALMOST TOUCHING EACH OTHER. REALLY LOOKED LIKE THIS IS WHERE EVERYONE GOES THAT OTHER PARKS WOULD NOT LET IN. THEY ALSO ARE A MOBILE HOME PARK WITH NOISY FIGHTING PEOPLE AT NIGHT.
It was balloon festival time and we needed to do laundry and shower. Enchanted Trails, our favorite stop was booked for the festival. We had to clean the filthy washers before we could use them, and cleaned the table to fold our clothes as well. Showers were not much better. It looked like the available sites were small. This place is OK if you just want to stop for an evening, and don't need facilities. Also, it is a Passport America location. The office person was friendly and helpful.
