We stayed here 3 nights in a 40' motorhome. Very clean, pleasant and quiet. Good electric and water. Would stay here again.

| Pets Nightmare ... NOT !

This is a nice clean park with lawns between sites in one section and a central lawn area for golf and pets surrounded by parameter sites. We stayed in the full hook up section with grass between the sites. It was just a short walk to the pet area and bathrooms. It's just a matter of respect for your fellow campers and the park to take your dogs to the central pet area. We have 2 small dogs and I took them one at a time to the pet area. This gave me and the dogs some much need exercise and a chance to interact with other campers. BTW did I mention I'm 67 and I carried our older dog (15 # )to the pet area. OH, the nightmare ! Respect, Exercise and meeting new people ! Now about Location, This has to be the closest RV Park to downtown and all the fun attractions ! It's just over the hill from downtown and there is no need to get into the heavy Hwy. 101 traffic to get there. Bottom line Clean , quiet, great location and friendly staff IF your dogs don't pee on the lawns.

| Great park n a great location

Pulled in for one night and stayed for 3 weeks. Lots to see in the area and this park was designed, built and managed by full time RVers. While the owners readily admit, the pull through sites could have been bigger, there is little else to complain about this park. The "dry" camping has full hookups but is limited to 20 amp service and has lots of space and great views of the adjoining golf course. The golf course is challenging and eats golf balls. No irrigation so the greens are artificial and fast. Large dog park even has a fire hydrant. WiFi is very good. Would stay here again.

| Pets nightmare...!

Very pricey, that was ok but you have to pay$2. Per day for each I get up the next morning to let the dogz out and the owner is hiding behind her golf cart waiting to catch my dogz peeing on her grass....! She runs over to me and chews me out telling me to take the dogz to the "dog walk" which is a good 1/4 mile walk away...! This won't go with Cody...he wants to pee when he gets out the door... This lady is very rude...! I will never stay there again..Also when you first arrive there get ready for a 1/2 hr story about the city...she goes on and on and on. And don't ask her to repeat a high lite or she will go, "again" "gasp" and repeat it....

| Very nice, convenient location

Nice park with good size sites, ours faced the course out the front window of coach. Very clean and well maintained, staff was always friendly and accommodating. Great location, felt rural, but easy access to Astoria, Warrenton and Seaside. **NOTE- If you are coming in from east on 30, do not follow GPS, which recommends 8th St south. This road goes straight over the hill with a grade of more than 20%...follow 101 around the point and use business 101, call the park for direction. WiFi was poor, and AT&T service was 1 bar. Would have given 5 stars, but golf course was disappointing, I really like real greens.

Staff was very friendly to my family and dogs. Already made a reservation for later in the year to return. Great experience.

Loved this park. Stayed for 3 nights and played some golf. Really helpful ladies in the office. Spacious Full hookup sites with very pleasant outlook across golf course. Travelling from NZ, would be back if we could.
