Very well taken care of. Grade shade trees. Nice access to the water. Museum.
Its on a lake with a place to drop in your water vehicle and really beautiful scenery. Maybe its because its the week of the fourth of July but I haven't seen anyone that works here in any facility so I could never pay for the site. One of the other campers said this lot is open and paid for but the people that paid for the spot will be coming back tomorrow so I set up my tent in an rv spot. I really just needed a place to sleep on my way from coast to coast on a motorcycle.
Well kept park. Showers and rest rooms are modern and clean. Campsite are well spaced apart. Only negative is the sound of Interstate 29 but it is greatly out weighed by all the positives of the park. Camp out here in Class C motor home.
