If you like green water, snakes, a horrendously un-level dirt parking spot, huge bush-like weeds scraping your motorhome, a long, rough dirt driveway, and scraping your undercarriage on the way out, then this is the place for you. Unless you like really roughing it, you're better off boondocking just off the highway on BLM land for free. We were still trying to get the green water out of our system DAYS later--it must be algae clinging to the pipes inside, or something. This isn't a professional guest ranch by any stretch of the imagination. The wifi was better than expected, given the circumstances. If you're super-cheap with a small rig, and you refuse to boondock, you might like this place.

So far so good! Been here over 2 weeks an it’s not half bad!
