This park is definitely NOT a resort. Pool is ok but lots of cracks and algae growth. Tons of water leaks and several pools of standing water for mosquito breeding. Roads and sites are a combination of gravel and asphalt. Roads are extremely rough with lots of potholes. When it rains heavily, raw sewage bubbles up and will run onto some sites. Laundry room is fairly clean. Mostly long term people living in this park. They only have a handful of nightly sites. Lots of very noisy road construction all around the park. On the plus side...there are lots of shade trees. WIFI is very slow and unreliable.
Very friendly staff, helpful. Primarily a long term park, but they have nightly/weekly sites too. The nightly sites are level and shaded. Right off Hwy 75 so you can get into the Metroplex, but out beyond the crazy traffic. You gotta try Bill Smith's Cafe for breakfast or lunch. We'll stay here again.
