Friendly staff, dirt, majority of units are living here. Quiet except for dirt race track on Saturdays. Well worth the $30.00 for full hook up's.
Good value for the price, and offer military (veteran and active) discounts, so I got one night free. Fast free WiFi. Train yard is noisy but I didn't mind.
Stayed here 7-12 thru 7-14-2019 on our way to Mt. Rushmore. There were a total of 2 RV's in our party. Park was nice, there appears to be quite a few F/T live there. It is a work in progress. The owner is doing all himself on a cash basis. It has a bar, pool and a place to watch a movie as well as propane purchase. Didn't use any laundry facilities/bathhouse so can't speak for them. There is a lot of shade trees and the spaces are gravel/dirt and pretty level. There is also decent room between sites meaning your not on top of each other. The owner gives a military discount which we very much appreciated in addition to getting one night free. Would stay here again as everyone was very nice.
We stayed here one night while passing through. The staff was friendly and it was quick and hassle free getting checked in. They escorted us to a nice pull through site since I pull doubles. Most sites were full timers but it was super quiet and had full hookups. I would definitely stay here again
