| Great place

We just stayed in the KOA in North Little Rock. It was very clean and rustic. Just like staying in the woods. Full hook ups, cable, clean restrooms and 2 good size dog parks. Very friendly folks running it. Got their golf kart and drove us straight to our site and helped us get situated. Oh, and Papa John's delivers! It is very close to downtown Little Rock so it's very convenient. We will definitely stay there again!

We stopped for one night, towing a PU with 40'MH, asked for pull thru with full hookups. There are some nice paved sites but ours was gravel and we did fit, barely....not looking forward to getting out in AM, might have to ask neighbor to move his truck.....shaded, nice pool etc but as said before, this park is not really big rig friendly, roads are narrow with tight turns....staff was very friendly, park was clean..

Most KOAs are so tight we avoid them. This was a pleasant surprise with room for pull- thru, excellent wifi And tiled bathrooms. We would stay again.

Staff was very nice. They have concrete pads and gravel sites. Lots of trees but they do have one row that is satellite friendly. We were able to get most channels. Road to sites is tight, not really big rig friendly. Not as well kept as the pictures look but acceptable. $47 a night with KOA membership discount. There is a state park and waterfront park nearby. A sandwich shop across the street and restaurants and shopping a few miles away, including a Walmart that is RV friendly. Would stay again in if in the area.

Great campground! Beautiful shaded spots! We pulled in after dark and left at checkout time next morning, so our stay was short and sweet. The bathrooms and showers were clean and the grandchildren loved the playground. Only negative would be that it was more expensive than the other campgrounds in the area. We paid $47.00 for our truck camper for the night. Overall a definite thumbs up!

| NOT BIG RIG FRIENDLY

By user-6298010... on 2017-10-23.

This park is not adequate for large motor homes and 5th wheels. They advertise 95'sites however access is near impossible. Very narrow roads, tight corners and too many trees. Their answer is to place boulders everywhere instead of upgrading the grounds. Very outdated campground. Poor cable service and bath house does not meet ADA requirements. Owner is not onsite. Very poor representative for KOA.

| NICE!

By user-5799038... on 2017-10-23.

We stayed here 1 nite in our 32.5' 5th wheel. Choice: trees or no trees? We wanted shade due to hot weather so our satellite wouldn't work. They do have cable but haven't figured how to connect since we are connected to Dish. Our cable connection/cable box doesn't recognize anything even when we select cable (or alt) as the source. This place has a small gift section and a mailbox--also really good ice cream. There's a fenced dog run too. Only negative is full timers who keep dogs off leash. Guess rules only apply to guests. Would stay here again. Yes road is narrow and sites are a tad tight but it's a beautiful park.

I have been living at this campground for approximately 10 months. Over this time, I have watched this place go downhill, and it continues to do so at a snowball effect pace. Toilets broken. Showers not working and not repaired for weeks or months on end. In the last two months, there have been FIVE water leaks in the underground piping. The ceiling inside the office is now falling down due to a water leak that has apparently been going on for years. Estimates for repairs have been received but still, drywall falling from the ceiling, discolored, water leaking into the office and electrical shock exposure to the employees who work there and under these conditions. Water repairs done are done by the staff at the campground. There is never any notification when the water is going to be turned off. Better get the water you need for your showers and pets and cooking before they turn the water off, and without notice. Hard to manage a Life around this complete and utter disrespect/lack of communication with your monthly tenants and over-nighters. Roads have been cut into to fix the water leaks. Roads in this very small and tight campground have been closed off for weeks for lack of filling the holes back in that were created in an effort to fix the water leaks, which have been reportedly been going on for over two years now. Once the roads are filled back in, instead of replacing with asphalt and properly fixing the roads-the once asphalt roads that have been damaged in efforts to repair significant and very intrusive water leaks, are repaired with rock and dirt. This leaves ruts and shock/strut/tire wear/damage to your vehicles coming in and out of the park. The owner or management of the park has gone do far as to 'ration' water for their advertised 'sauna/steamroom'. I have witnessed distilled water jugs with lines and dates on them to reflect how much water has been used between various dates. The sauna is now having issues or has been turned off because now even it doesn't work. The whirlpool advertised on the KOA website for this location does not even exist. Staff do not adhere to posted restroom cleaning times. Making it difficult to get in to use the shower/bathroom. If they decide to clean early for their convenience, you are out of luck-you must wait for them to finish before you can shower. I have witnessed staff talking extremely rudely to customers-just hateful! No sense of customer service and the concept that your reputation as a business depends upon your treatment of your consumer. The attitude here is that if you don't like it, you should leave! I have witnessed this with overnighters who are passing through. Simply rude and uncalled for treatment of your customer! Propane? Don't buy it here. It sells for HALF THE PRICE down the road at the Love's truck stop near the Bass Pro shop off I-430 & I-30. Drive the 10 miles and save yourself a bundle! As far as I am concerned, the owner is running this place into the ground. He relies on tbe monthlies to keep the place in the black through the slower winter months, but recently raised out monthly rates. He left the nightly and weekly rates alone, they are already greatly overpriced! The excuse used for increase in 'rent' was due to the increased cost of repairs.... the funny thing is, repairs don;t get done! At least not professionally, or quickly, or conveniently for the consumers upon which you rely. Wi-Fi? The wi-fi here ks extremely slow and not worth the money you send for the service. I paid for a one day pass, got 30 minutes of use out of it. The service was so slow it either wouldn't work, or for much of the day wasn't even available upon which to connect. When I moved here, it was billed as free internet. When I got here, the reality was everyone got 1 hour of free internet per day per device, after that one had to pay. Now you don;t even get that-overnighters get it free-the rest of us pay if we want it. I ended up buying my own service through a well known internet provider so that I could reliably check my e=mail on a daily basis! This KOA does not even meet with the minimum KOA Journeyman level standard. I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone, other than to recommend passing it by! I have been here long enough to see it go downhill. Once a nice place, it seems to simply now be falling apart at a high rate because of the long term lack of re-investment into the place. Pass this place by...... it costs twice as much here as it does anywhere else in the area. There is a WalMart about 4 miles down the road-if you are overnighting-you are better served to stay in their parking lot. That Walmart also sells camper supplies and toilet paper-so whatever you need-you can get there as well.

| Lots of shade!

Very nice KOA RV park for a short stay. Little store, ice cream, lots of big trees, great pull throughs, nice picnic tables, hidden from noisey highway. John & Paula, Colorado

| Level sites

By user-5137804... on 2017-10-23.

Very nice. We stayed overnight. Cable worked great, the most level site we have stayed in the 14 states on this trip! Staff very professional and efficient.

By user-5272062... on 2017-10-23.

We are traveling in our 29ft TT. We got a gravel, extremely unlevel uphill spot between and surrounded by long term people. The site is a nightmare but if you have a huge rig then you must be able to get all the paved level sites because that's all that was parked in them probably 35ft and longer. It was quiet except for loud freeway noise. The staff was extremely nice, attentive they have a nice store and ice cream parlor. We didn't use their facilities just our own. It's okay for 1 night unless you get a level paved lot otherwise I would go somewhere else.

Just traveling through on I-40, so convenient stop. The traffic noise didn't bother us. We stayed here last June. Haven't stayed at a KOA we didn't like. Used our own facilities. Paid 5.00 for an extra hour after check out. The total stay was a bit pricey for Fall. The staff very friendly. John & Paula, Colorado <><

| WONDERFUL park

By user-5504079... on 2018-05-17. Stayed 2018-05-09 to 2018-05-10

Only stayed one night but would have stayed longer - absolutely lovely park. Lots of shade and several spots have deck patios. All have picnic tables and some an extra table and chairs. We had a lovely flowering bush right outside our door. Pull through with full hookup. Ice cream at the office! Will definintely be back.

Very friendly staff. Stayed over night in a 5th wheel. Escorted us to our site. Nice long, level concrete site. Patio furniture, picnic table and grill on site. Cable connection was good on most channels. Very well kept. Hate we didn't get to stay long enough to use the amenities. Will stay again. We didn't get to see it all but what we did see we give it 5 stars.

| Traffic noise

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.

Small tight spots only enough room for picnic table between rigs. Barely long enough need to park tow vehicle sideways or it would be into the street. Uneven ground to the point wheels on one side were off the ground. Shady trees are nice but next to highway with lots of noisy trucks.

| Great service

We were originally going to stay for one night, but a severe storm came through, and we would be driving through it all day. So Sandy, in the office, rearranged a couple of reservations so we could stay an extra night. The service is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Yes, the sites are small, so I'm not sure I would use this for an extended stay, but for a night or two, it's ideal. The bathrooms are spotless, they have a small pool and a cute playground. Most of the spots are pull through, and they try very hard to find you a spot that fits, especially if you are towing a car. I would definitely recommend this place as a stopover spot.

Traveling with our granddaughters so this was a nice spot to stop for the night. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Busy facility with some sites with concrete pads, the rest were pretty level gravel sites with picnic tables, grassy areas! Had a nice-sized store! One small draw back .. pool was being closed for repair so our girls couldn t get in a good swimm! Would stay again!
