WiFi doesn't work , holes in the roads, management only does park maintenance when the owners come by

Unique layout. Because of this some sights are a bit tight and you may have trouble positioning to back in. Particularly when people park in front of their rigs. Lots of trees and shade. Many long term trailers and a lot of small kids. Drive carefully as they leave their bikes and scooters strewn about in the roadway. Im sure it’s just temporary. Owners are making many improvements. Hook ups are good and the front drive was just paved. Pads are strip concrete and level. Park is quiet and quaint. Very easy access to I-45. I would stay again.

That is why I do not give it 5 star. I have stayed here 3 times for around a month or. So each time. The folks here helped.me to back in. For some reason every time I come it is raining lol. But they come anyway. The internet is good but if it is kinda stormy it has trouble. They have always been polite and helpful. The restrooms are clean the washers and dryers work and they alsi have cable. If you are looking for fancy and stylish this is not your place. Otherwise it is a good quiet rv park. I will stay here everytine i come to T.C.
