Very nice , clean well maintained park. Didn't use any facilities so no comment on them . Very friendly staff, long level concrete pads. Only complaint is about the train tracks very nearby !! Will stay here again
This new park is well thought out and convenient to the inter-state on your westward travels. If you are traveling from the west, you need to GPS the address or you will pass it. Park has concrete pads, a large club house, nice pool and playground for kids. Good stopover or more.
Clean wonderful park! Concrete pad, gravel roads. Very friendly & helpful. We only did one night, but they have a pool, fishing pond & mini Golf. Our dog loved the grass after the rocks & weeds we' ve had in south TX sites! Tengo Internet & cable.
They charge for everything! The staff is awesome and extremely friendly. For 30 days the charge is a total of $545.00. $145.00 is a dep for elec. They chg $5-7 per kw which seems a bit gouging. When I arrived I was not informed about the ongoing construction/expansion or dirt bikes and so the noise is a constant and even on w/ends. W/D is only $3.00 total but some machines aren't reliable. Showers are awesome! Internet is 2 Meg per sec and isn't reliable either. It won't stream Netflix like its supposed to. cable is only 8 channels and those are reliable either. Only 4 worked upon my arrival. It will be really great when completed!
Very nice and well maintained park. Easy access to long pull thru concrete RV sites. Showers are wonderful and clean. Management staff very friendly and helpful. Some highway noise. Stayed overnight and would definitely stay again if in area.
Stayed only one night but it was great everyone treated us really good.. GPS couldn't find the park. Called and they were able to guide us in. We found the PARK very quiet and peaceful.
We stayed here for one night, it was worth it. If you are traveling with kids, they will love this place. Even though you can hear the train honks, it doesnât bother us at all. We checked in after office hours, and there was an envelope waiting for us with our lot and the paperwork to fill out. We just pulled thru and paid at the office the next morning.
